It's all about swimming at the Y. There are several opportunities on the weekend to swim during Open and Family Swim times. They also offer a variety of swim lessons weekdays in the afternoon and on Saturday mornings. The Chinook Swim Team is something you may want to check into if you've got a "fish" on your hands!

Fidalgo Pool & Fitness Center
, Anacortes

The Fidalgo Pool is 25 meters by 25 yards. It is treated with an Ultraviolet System. ThiKids on Octopus at Fidalgo Pool in Skagit Countys system helps minimize the use of chlorine and also optimizes the prevention of water-borne illnesses. There are scheduled times for Family and Open Swim, which include use of the water slide, diving board and floating toys. The pool also offers a variety of swim lessons, and has it's own swim team, the Thunderbirds, for kids who want to swim competitively.

Riverside Health Club, Mount Vernon
You do not have to be a member of Riverside Health Club to take advantage of their swim lessons for all ages. The club offers private and semi-private swim lessons to the public. If you are a member, you can take advantage of their Family Swim Hours.
